5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl6784 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO Online, BPI Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and minimum/maximum limits published in the Payment section of the platform.

10.3 jl6784 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability, for which jl6784 will not be liable.
11.1 jl6784 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the jl6784 Privacy Policy, which is published separately at jl6784.org/privacy-policy.
11.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data sharing with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by law.
12.1 jl6784 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. A player who activates self-exclusion agrees not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts or accessing the platform through alternative means. jl6784 reserves the right to close any account held by a self-excluded player and to refuse re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

13.1 jl6784 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if jl6784 reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) the player is under 21 years of age; (c) the player has provided false information; (d) the player's account has been involved in suspicious financial activity; or (e) closure is required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.
13.2 Upon account termination for breach, jl6784 may withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where termination is initiated by jl6784 for reasons other than player breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file.
13.3 Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting jl6784 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned after standard withdrawal processing.
14.1 jl6784 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at jl6784.org/terms-conditions with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.
14.2 Your continued use of the jl6784 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or jl6784's services shall first be submitted to jl6784's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. jl6784 will respond to formally submitted disputes within fifteen (15) business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jl6784's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for regulatory review in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. Players retain the right to seek recourse through Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
15.4 For consumer protection matters, players may also contact the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) through its appropriate consumer protection channels.
